Terms
These terms cover the Swift API at developers.ukisai.com, provided by UkisAI Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we").
Credit
- You buy prepaid credit in US dollars, from $5. Usage is deducted per token at the prices on the docs page when the request runs.
- Paid credit doesn't expire. Promotional credit, if any, expires as stated when it's granted.
- Credit can't be transferred, isn't money, and can only be used for this API.
- You ask for the service to start right away when you buy credit. You can ask for a refund of unused paid credit at any time by writing to hello@ukisai.com; we refund it to the original payment method.
- Prices exclude taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
Service
- The API is provided on a best-effort basis with no availability guarantee. Models marked Preview may change or be withdrawn.
- Rate limits and spend limits depend on your tier and may change.
- We don't store prompts or outputs and don't train on them. We keep per-request token counts, cost and timing for billing.
Use
- Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for usage made with your keys.
- Don't use the API to break the law, attack systems, generate content that sexualizes minors, or resell access in a way that hides the source.
- We may suspend an account for abuse, fraud, or a payment dispute. Unused paid credit on a suspended account is refunded unless it came from a disputed or fraudulent payment.
Model output
Model output can be wrong. You decide how to use it. The Swift models are distributed under their own licenses on Hugging Face; these terms cover the hosted API only.
